I called Brian at Fox Locks and told him I needed six doors all keyed the same. We had set up for service the following day but my schedule changed that day and I had to reschedule.
Both Brian and tech Mark followed up again by both cell and txt. Very courteous and professional, not at all pushy or dis interested. Brian rescheduled me for the following afternoon and Mark called me twice that day to keep me posted for his time of arrival.

Excellent and very helpful as closed on a house as an homeowner and they made it very painless to change the locks out! The rates are very reasonable. Gave them the date of the closing and they had someone ready to get the locks set up for me after the closing was complete.

Closed on a house Friday and needed the locks changed immediately. They arrived a few hours later and were able to rekey 4 doors and 2 storm doors to the same key in less than an hour. One of my best friends was on vacation and I was catsitting for her. I've used her garage code a million times without an issue. Her garage keypad died and her husband replaced it. Apparently the pairing didn't work and the code just didn't work. I couldn't wait for them to overnight me a key as the cats needed meds. Fox keys to the rescue! Over time, the pins inside a lock go through wear and tear as keys rub against them. As they erode, you'll notice that the lock gets harder and harder to open or close. At these early signs, it's best to go ahead and either rekey or replace the lock.
Some locksmith companies may advise you to change the locks, but Fox Locks Inc has a better solution. By simply re-keying the existing locks and then making key copies, we'll save you a considerable amount of money without sacrificing security.
